What we buy
We source for our sponge iron works and our manganese mines. Local suppliers are encouraged to apply.

Every vendor is treated the same way, whatever the order size.
Open competition
Registered vendors in a category are invited to quote. High-value purchases go through sealed or online bids.
Fair evaluation
Technical compliance first, then total cost including delivery, quality and service.
No gifts, no favours
Our staff may not accept gifts or hospitality. Conflicts of interest must be declared.
Payment on time
Payment within [XX] days of goods receipt and a correct GST invoice.
Confidentiality
Your prices and drawings are shared only with the evaluation team.

Sustainability and supplier standards
By registering, vendors agree to meet these standards. We may audit compliance.
Legal compliance
Valid GST, labour licences, and minimum wages, PF and ESI paid for contract workers.
Safety on our sites
Contractors follow our ISO 45001 rules, attend induction and use proper protective equipment.
Legal sourcing
Minerals and coal must come with valid leases, permits and transit passes.
Environment
Covered loads, valid pollution certificates for vehicles, and responsible waste disposal.
Human rights
No child labour, forced labour or discrimination anywhere in your operation.
Local first
When quality and price are comparable, we prefer suppliers from Sundargarh and Keonjhar.

- PAN card of the firm
- Cancelled cheque or bank letter
- Udyam (MSME) certificate, if applicable
- Certificate of incorporation or partnership deed
- ISO or product certifications, if held
- Mining lease, dealer licence or transit pass for minerals and coal
- Labour licence, PF and ESI registration for service contractors
- Two customer references from the last three years
