Shift In-charge, Kiln Operations
Run a production shift on the rotary kiln, keeping output, quality and safety on target.
What you will do
- Supervise kiln, cooler and product separation operators on shift
- Control feed ratios and temperature profile to meet metallisation targets
- Record shift production, downtime and quality data
- Lead toolbox talks and enforce permit-to-work
What you bring
- Diploma or degree in metallurgy, mechanical or chemical engineering
- Hands-on experience in a coal-based DRI plant
- Ability to lead a team of 15 or more
- Willingness to work night shifts
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Keep kilns, conveyors, crushers and utilities running through planned and breakdown maintenance.
What you will do
- Plan preventive maintenance and shutdown jobs
- Diagnose and fix breakdowns on rotating equipment
- Maintain spares records and raise purchase requests
- Supervise contractors during kiln relining
What you bring
- BE or diploma in mechanical engineering
- Experience with gearboxes, bearings, conveyors and kiln drives
- Working knowledge of safe isolation (LOTO)
Environment, Health and Safety Officer
Environment, Health and Safety Officer
Maintain our ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems and make safety part of every shift.
What you will do
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Monitor stack, ambient air and water parameters
- Run inductions and safety training for staff and contractors
- Prepare statutory environmental returns
What you bring
- Degree in engineering or science with a recognised safety qualification
- Experience in a metals, mining or heavy manufacturing site
- Good written English and Odia
Mining Mate / Foreman
Mining Mate / Foreman
Supervise day-to-day mining activity at our manganese mines in line with the mine plan and safety rules.
What you will do
- Direct excavation, loading and haulage crews
- Check benches, haul roads and equipment before work starts
- Maintain statutory mine records
What you bring
- Valid Mining Mate or Foreman certificate
- Experience in opencast mining
- Knowledge of Metalliferous Mines Regulations

Sales Executive, Sponge Iron
Build and look after relationships with steel melt shops and induction furnace buyers.
What you will do
- Develop new buyers in assigned regions
- Prepare offers, follow up orders and collections
- Coordinate dispatch planning with the plant
What you bring
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- Experience selling steel raw materials
- Willingness to travel
